Ways to pay into your account

Your options explained

There are four ways you can pay in to your business or corporate savings account, just choose the payment type that best suits your needs.


Direct Electronic Transfer

Ask your bank to send the amount you want to pay in, using the bank details below. Your bank may charge you to do this. You'll start earning interest straightaway if it’s paid in before 4pm, or next working day if paid after 4pm (excluding bank holidays).


BACS or online banking transfer
You can do this from any sterling account in the UK, using the bank details below. Check with your bank to find out which method they use and how long it’ll take. You'll start earning interest straightaway if it’s paid in before 4pm, or next working day if paid after 4pm (excluding bank holidays).


Transfer from another Nationwide business or corporate savings account

Ask us to transfer funds from another Nationwide business or corporate savings account. Write to us or contact us by fax or email. You'll start earning interest straightaway if it’s paid in before 4pm, or next working day if paid after 4pm (excluding bank holidays).


Cheque

Make your cheque payable to Nationwide Building Society. Write your company name and account number on the back. You’ll earn interest on the second working day after we’ve received it. You can make withdrawals on the sixth working day after we’ve received it. Post your cheque to:
