We’re updating the Business Savings General Terms and Conditions to reflect the changes that apply to the jurisdiction of the Financial Ombudsman Service from 1st April 2019.
We will be providing a bit more clarity on which businesses are eligible to become members of the Society and taking the opportunity to update the section on cheque clearing now that the image clearing system has been replaced by the paper clearing process.
Please refer to Conditions 8, 9, 10.1, 10.2, 14 and 63 in the updated Business Savings General Terms and Conditions which come into effect on 1st April 2019.
